EARTH WORTH, LLC was founded in 2013 with a vision of becoming a sustainable, woman owned, Facility Maintenance company. We strive to help facilities function more efficiently while saving as much energy as possible and using environmentally friendly products.
Now, with the advent of the COVID 19 Pandemic we did our research and found the effectiveness of UVC lights in sanitizing bacteria and viruses, including the COVID virus by killing the microbes within the virus DNA. We pivoted to find the companies that provide lab tested commercial and residential applications to help customers feel more secure in their space, including hotels, hospitals, government buildings and commercial venues.
Located in a HUBZone area of Ward 8 in SE Washington, DC, EARTH WORTH provides environmentally friendly facility maintenance and electrical services to commercial customers in the Federal, State & Local government, as well as the private and industrial sector.

As a 30-year veteran in the sign industry, Charley Caprino works diligently with our partners to provide the best visual solutions with his unique focus on the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. His niche expertise of fostering relationships with leading architects and general contractors in the area keeps projects moving smoothly from start to finish. Charley has extensive knowledge in marketing strategy and project management, supporting an impressive portfolio of custom signage, digital signage, media integration, and brand implementation solutions. Charley has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
